Devika Christie graduated from Loyola University Chicago and holds a MBA from Washington University. She has 18 years of experience in financial services and 10 in the pet industry. After the 2008 financial crisis, Devika tapped into her passion for animals and devised a “back-up” plan to independently secure her future. She took her passion for animals and worked to form No Leash Needed. In 2019, Devika sold the company for the highest multiple ever, and now works with other pet facility owners as a consultant. Devika also developed proprietary kennel software is working to bring the system to other facilities that need better reporting and procedure management.
