Tuesday, September 29, 2020
After 25 years in business, we want to share the things that have helped us grow and thrive over the years. From the ways we differentiated ourselves in the beginning, to ways that we still innovate today, our presentation will inspire attendees to bring back new ideas to improve employee relations, create financial stability and to craft that “Wow!” experience for customers.
Key takeaways from this session:
- Define core values, envision your future & rise to the top – Creating and living by company core values makes everything easier, including marketing what makes your business the best of the best. Writing out a vision helps employees see where you’re headed. Tips and tricks to set your business apart from your competitors. Topics include customizing pet care, going Force Free, and writing out a vision for your company’s future.
- Engage Your Team and Combat Burnout – Teach employees to think and act like owners through open book management, personal development and leadership development. Understand them better through personality testing, and set healthy boundaries around work time and off time (for you and them!). Survive setbacks, and thrive in the face of adversity.
- Get Creative for Financial Stability – Creating add on services, like incorporating training, social shout outs, late night services, and many other ideas to bring in income between busy seasons. Sharing information online through social media, vlogging and podcasts works to engage clients and solidify customer loyalty.
