As an expert in digital marketing he knows how to make it work for local businesses in a way that achieves results. And, with a specific focus on the successful marketing of pet resorts, Phil works tirelessly as an advocate for small businesses. A graduate of Bellevue University, his experience ranges from training designers in Singapore to managing multi-million dollar campaigns.
